Our team of engineers and designers has experience throughout a project’s lifecycle from conceptual design and site feasibility studies through construction oversight, field adjustment coordination, and project closeout. Civil Site Design

Verdanterra’s engineers and civil designers are experienced in site design including earthwork and grading, erosion and sediment control and stormwater management. Our team is experienced in providing designs in accordance with engineering best practices and in compliance with permit requirements in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

NPDES Construction Stormwater Permitting

Verdanterra strives to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of permit regulations in states where we regularly provide engineering services. Our knowledge of permitting requirements in OH, PA and WV is backed by years of experience and we maintain working relationships with regulatory officials so that regulatory issues can be addressed and permit approvals can be obtained in line with client construction schedules. Verdanterra has worked through many complex permitting scenarios and this experience allows us to overcome regulatory hurdles that routinely arise during planning and execution of projects in the energy sector.

Construction Coordination

Verdanterra maintains a staff of engineers and environmental inspectors with a wealth of experience in construction coordination. During construction questions and issues inevitably arise. Verdanterra’s team is experienced in addressing these issues in a timely manner to keep construction moving and in compliance with applicable permit regulations. Our engineers and inspectors are experienced with construction issues such as contractor requests for information regarding designs, BMP installation oversight and E&S BMP inspections.
